Represented multi-national corporation in its sale and disposition of office buildings in the states of New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington, Michigan and Minnesota.

Represented developer/contractor in acquisition of land in Minneapolis, Minnesota, construction thereon of a 420,000 square foot corporate headquarters for a major insurance company, and related financing.

Represented developer in acquisition of a 50-acre site along Interstate 494 in Bloomington, Minnesota and the renegotiation of the corporate headquarters lease of the company occupying a portion of the site; continuing to represent the client in its development of the site as a mixed-use, transit oriented project with 1,200 residential condominiums and apartments, 2,000,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, and retail and entertainment space.

Represented developer in acquisition of an approximately 40-acre site in Vero Beach, Florida, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and by the Intercoastal Waterway, for development with high-end residential condominiums and single-family homes.

Represented developer in acquisition of an approximately 125-acre site in Minneapolis suburb; continuing to represent the client in its development of the site as a mixed-use project including major national retailer and other retail tenants and residential development.

Represented timeshare developer in connection with documentation of timeshare community in Destin, FL.

Represented developer in development and documentation of hotels and recreational townhomes and condominiums at Northern Minnesota resort locations.

Represented, and continuing to represent, developer in several land acquisitions and development and construction of office parks thereon, and related financing.
